  • Job: Wash Method, SH Mix Ratio Used, Sq Ft Cleaned, Pre-Existing Damage Noted, Plants Wetted / Covered.

Typical workflow

  • House washes are the anchor; the driveway bundle is the standard upsell.
  • Photo pre-existing damage (oxidation, failed seals) before the wand comes off the truck; it's the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy.
  • Storefronts and dumpster pads are recurring monthly work via a Service Contract plus a recurring invoice.
  • Roof washes are premium, slower, and weather-sensitive; give them their own template so the slot finder sizes them right.

Customer portal upsell

Before-and-after photos sell this trade better than any ad copy. Send them through the portal, then let the Customer Feedback Loop route happy responses to a Google review automatically.

Re-applying and mixing packs

Plenty of wash shops also carry the Window Cleaning pack. Apply more than one from Settings -> Vertical Packs; the pack only adds what's missing.
