Cleaning

The Cleaning pack tunes Manuall for recurring residential and commercial cleaning routes. Apply it at signup or from Settings -> Vertical Packs.

What the pack adds

Custom fields

• Customer: Property Type, Square Feet, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Pets in Home, Key Access, Supplies Provided By.
• Job: Visit Type, Special Focus Areas, Crew Size.
• Equipment: Special Handling Notes.

Job templates

Standard House Clean, Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out, Post-Construction Clean, Office (daily or weekly), Window Cleaning, Airbnb/Vacation Rental Turnover, and a Carpet/Upholstery bolt-on. Durations are pre-filled for the slot finder.

Services

A price book of common cleaning services, all tagged [REVIEW PRICING]: Standard House (by bedroom count), Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out, Office (per visit), Vacation Rental Turnover, add-ons (inside oven, inside fridge), and surcharges (pet hair, same-day). Review the prices before quoting.

The recurring model

Cleaning is the canonical recurring-work business. Most customers are on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.

1. A Recurring Job per customer at the right cadence.
2. A default tech assigned (customers like the same person each visit).
3. A Recurring Invoice for monthly billing, or invoice per visit.
4. A Service Contract over both, with renewal tracking.

Routes

Cleaning is the trade where the Routes view (Sidebar -> Routes) earns its keep. Build the day's route, hand off to Maps for navigation.

Pricing notes

• One-off deep cleans are often a customer's first job before they sign up for recurring.
• Use the Member price tier to reward multi-year customers.

Re-applying and mixing packs

Apply more than one pack from Settings -> Vertical Packs; the pack only adds what's missing.
