KPI tiles, charts, activity feed, weather. The home screen for office staff.
The Dashboard is the operations home screen: a fast read on KPIs, the day's activity, and the weather. Visible to Admin, Manager, and Dispatcher.
What you see
- KPI tiles. The top operational metrics: today's jobs, this week's revenue, overdue invoices, CSAT, and more. Click a tile for a drill-down popover of the underlying records.
- Charts. Weekly revenue, monthly jobs completed vs cancelled, a job-status donut, and the lead pipeline funnel.
- Reputation score. A 0 to 100 composite of your Happiness, Loyalty, and Effort scores over the last 30 days (hidden until you have responses).
- Activity feed. Recent activity across the whole shop: jobs created, invoices paid, payments in, customers added.
- Weather. Cached so it loads instantly.
Drill-down popovers
Manuall's KPIs aren't dead pixels. Click a tile on the Dashboard or in Analytics and a popover lists the records behind it, scoped to the same period.
Customizing your layout
- Click Customize in the page header.
- Drag tiles to reorder, remove ones you don't watch, add others from the catalog.
- Done. The layout saves to your profile, so it follows you across devices.
