The Lawn Care pack tunes Manuall for mowing routes, fertilization programs, and seasonal cleanup. Apply it at signup or from Settings -> Vertical Packs.

What the pack adds

Custom fields

• Customer: Lot Size, Primary Grass Type, Irrigation System, HOA Restrictions, Gate Code/Access Note, Pet in Yard.
• Job: Treatment Type, Chemicals Used, Applicator License #.
• Equipment: Equipment Type, Engine Hours.

Job templates

Weekly Mow + Edge, Spring Cleanup, Fall Cleanup, Fertilization Application, Weed Control (Pre-Emergent), Aeration + Overseed, Mulch Install/Refresh, Hedge/Shrub Trim, and Sod Install. Chemical applications carry an Applicator skill, and durations are pre-filled.

A price book of common lawn services, all tagged [REVIEW PRICING]: Weekly Mow (by lot size), Spring and Fall Cleanup, Fertilizer (per step), a 6-Step Annual Program, Aeration + Overseed, Mulch (per cubic yard), Snow Plow, and more. Set your prices before quoting.

The recurring model

• Weekly mow customers on a recurring job: same tech, same day of the week.
• Fertilization sold as a 4 or 6-round package wrapped in a Service Contract.
• Customers pay monthly via a Recurring Invoice, which averages the season out.

Suggested seasonal pricing

• +15% on storm-response cleanup.
• -20% on early-spring contracts, to win the season early and fill the schedule.

Compliance to watch

• Your state pesticide applicator license (required for fertilization in most states; capture it in the Applicator License # field).
• Workers comp.

Apply more than one pack from Settings -> Vertical Packs; the pack only adds what's missing.
