Pool Service

The Pool Service pack tunes Manuall for weekly chemical service, equipment repair, and seasonal opens and closes. Apply it at signup or from Settings -> Vertical Packs.

What the pack adds

Custom fields

• Customer: Pool Type, Pool Volume (gallons), Sanitizer Type, Filter Type, Gate Code/Access Note, Chemicals Provided By.
• Job: Free Chlorine (ppm), pH, Total Alkalinity (ppm), Calcium Hardness (ppm), Cyanuric Acid (ppm), Chemicals Added.
• Equipment: Equipment Class, Pump HP.

Typical workflow

• Weekly chemical service is a recurring job plus a recurring monthly invoice.
• Opens and closes are one-time jobs each spring and fall, often arriving as a portal service request.
• Equipment repairs are on-demand, and urgent in summer.

Customer portal value

The chemistry readings (free chlorine, pH, alkalinity) you capture on each visit become a service-history log the customer can see in their portal. It's effectively a receipt that proves the visit happened and the chemistry was right. Pair it with a post-visit survey for strong retention.
