The Pest Control pack tunes Manuall for quarterly programs, termite work, and one-time treatments. Apply it at signup or from Settings -> Vertical Packs.

What the pack adds

Custom fields

• Customer: Target Pests, Property Size (sq ft), Pets in Home, Chemical Sensitivities/Allergies, Warranty Status.
• Job: Treatment Method, Chemicals Used (EPA reg # and rate), Applicator License #, Areas Treated, Re-Entry Hours.
• Equipment: Bait Station Type.

Job templates

General Pest (initial), Quarterly Recurring Service, Termite Inspection (WDO), Termite Treatment (liquid barrier), Termite Bait Station Install, Bed Bug Treatment, Rodent Exclusion + Trapping, Mosquito/Flea/Tick Yard Treatment, and Wildlife Removal. Chemical applications carry an Applicator skill; durations are pre-filled.

Typical workflow

• Quarterly customers run on a recurring job (every 90 days) plus a recurring monthly invoice.
• Initial treatments are sold as a separate one-time job.
• Real-estate termite letters are quick, high-value jobs with a 24-hour turnaround target.

Compliance to watch

• Your state structural pest control license (capture it in the Applicator License # field).
• EPA product-registration records, tracked per job in the Chemicals Used field.
• Termite/WDO reporting for real-estate transactions.

Apply more than one pack from Settings -> Vertical Packs; the pack only adds what's missing.
