Why this matters
The end-of-service walkthrough is when customer experience consolidates. Done well: customer feels valued, understands work done, trusts the tech. Done poorly: customer remembers confusion + questions. This is the field card.

When tech is wrong
If you identified issue but didn't fix:

Don't pretend issue is resolved when it isn't.

Walk customer through cleanup:
- Work area swept

- No fingerprints / marks left
If something missed:
